Wonder if that would work. . .Gotta tell the people next door. They have a huge beautiful elm, yet get absolutely rabid when one leaf falls on their lawn. . .sigh. . .
While I was researching robot vacuum cleaners for inside, I discovered that at one point a robotic patio vacuum was sold. I suspect they choked on tree branches or just didn’t work on wet leaves.
I have a clean freak neighbor who has a pine tree. She actually vacuumed the pine needles up. She was out there for about an hour ~~ I couldn’t figure out what the annoying noise was.
Nice Halloween flag. Yesterday I learned what my one brother’s kids will be for Halloween this year. It may not be pointless in this truly ‘annus horribulus’ after all, as I had thought.
There was a major car accident here. A car doing and estimated 60 mph hit the rear of a car parked in the parking lane in front of the house to the north of us and hit it again a few times as the two of them traveled past our house to end up in front of our neighbor to the south.
The tow truck guys did not even clean the roadway, let alone the county right of way on our property or the sidewalk or our property beyond that. We are in our later 60s and this was a major task. We had pieces of the cars varying from less than half inch (such as windshield pieces, but also pieces of the cars) to large pieces – like sections of bumpers. I even found pieces at the property line with the house to the north in our backyard (and let her know to check her yard so her kids/dog did not hurt as well as telling her I picked up pieces from her lawn and she should check same also).
Husband had an idea – shop vac from the garage. Took us two days and for months after other pieces would show up.
And no, they did not arrest the idiot driving 60 mph+ where the maximum is 40 mph and managed to hit something not even in the roadway!

Only Norm would try something like this.

Either they never heard of a leaf blower, or couldn’t afford one.

Use the lawn mower. The bag’s bigger.

If not for Ralph, the flag guy would have been out of business.

They should both use a rake for the exercise and less noise pollution…
