My entire family used to go to the same doctor. We had been seeing him since my second birthday. When I was in high school, he picked up my chart from the holder on the door, walked reading the chart, then proceeded to look at me and ask, “Okay, so which one are you?” Needless to say, I changed doctors immediately!
