I try not to eat anything I can’t pronounce. But then even with a magnifying glass, there are times I can’t read the ingredients list the print is so tiny.The only truly organic healthy vegetable is the only growing in my tub vegetable garden. Oh the difference in taste from the ‘fresh’ vegetable department of the grocery. No telling how long the begetables have been picked.Frozen are much fresher, and if the canned are rinsed, they are just as fresh.
