Do a teen age girl’s laundry for her and she’ll have clean clothes for about half a day. Teach her to do laundry and she’ll continue to expect you to do it for her. With boys the clean clothes may remain unworn except for the current outfit, but if you teach them to do laundry they’ll also continue to expect you to do it for them.
