I’ve got almost 28,000 ganging up on me.
A common ailment.
This is both my mother and aunt in a nutshell. They are both extremely active for their ages (aunt is nearly 101), and tend to go to fast in places they’re comfortable with and take a tumble.
I’m getting up there and my mind gets going faster than my body can’t keep up. Haven’t fell yet but it’s just a matter of time.

We gotta be careful—in our minds we are 30 or 40 years old—but our bodies are not. It is frustrating that our minds do not age with our bodies.
