There’s a proverb, I believe it’s French; “Forty is the old age of youth. Fifty is the youth of old age.” Being 69-1/4, I concur. Things didn’t start going awry until I was 55 & after 65 the increase in things changing is getting to feel exponential!

Ironically, when you turn 50 you go from XL to L. I wish my pant size did that.
