The cops used to stake out a bar near me and wait at closing time to catch their prey. One of the patrons put on a show by weaving, dropping his keys, etc before getting in his car. The cops swooped in on him. Everyone else left the bar. Several minutes later, they determined he was stone sober and hadn’t had a drop.
so that means nobody else can get drunk and make fools of themselves???if so, maybe not a bad idea unless everyone starts fighting to be the designated drunkard.
