Actually did this once on a large window box. Used 2 different tape measures. Didn’t realize one was in 10ths instead of 12ths. I found later the 10ths was an engineers tape.
You can look it up in The Skosh and Yea Handbook.
Measure twice, cut once. That said, this one is easy to fix. There is only one board that’s off. Just mark it to match and re-cut it.
easy fix…pull off the big piece, cut down to the size of the smaller on the opposite side, re-attach. No measuring needed
