Wrong. The rock with more MASS WILL fall faster, if by a bazillionth of a second. Sure, the Earth pulls on both at the same rate, but the rocks also pull on the Earth, so you have to factor in their mass and gravitational constant. Sure, it’s tiny compared to Earth’s, but physics are physics.
