If you interpret it as Primitive, Folk, Rustic, Representative, or in a pinch Curated, you’re golden. One of my metrics for pottery is – Does it hold M&M Peanuts?
This brings back the memory of my grade school art class. We were making Easter lilies for our mothers. The teacher held mine up and said “Class, see this one? Don’t do it this way” or something to that effect. I hated art class after that, all through school.
