Elly: When they lived here, Mike and Elizabeth were hardly ever home. When they were here, they were either talking on the phone or digging in the fridge. They left laundry on the floor and dishes in the sink. Their rooms were a mess. Their music was loud. The way they dressed drove me crazy. And now they're gone. The place is quiet and tidy. I miss them. And I'm wondering... Maybe, if I'd been a little more tolerant, it would feel like we'd had a little more time.
If they had spent more time at home with family, and helped out, it would have felt like a little more time, and better quality time.
