Elly: Tsk...I want my staff to take some initiative...to make decisions on their own and act on them!! Kortney: Customs just called. That studd you were waiting for came in without a declared value...so, I told them to send it back.
If you want your staff to make decisions, you have to make sure they know the guidelines!
