Ellie is thoughtful and kind,a lot of our young moderns are not!

Because she knows what a handful her kids can be. But she wasn’t totally away from children during her day, she had to contend with that baby Ted at the office.

why is john hiding? is he too embarrassed?

Ninmas, I don’t think it’s so much out of embarassment. I think more likely he’s thinking, “Let’s hurry and get home… What’s for dinner?”

I always thank the person that is watching my kids as I am grateful for the help

Being appreciated is always welcome.

I hope John is overhearing this conversation, because he probably forgot to thank Ellie for helping him out when his assistant couldn’t come in.

Wow, she gets paid and thanked.

But will Ellie get paid and thanked? That is the $64,000 question. My guess is no.

It is nice to be thanked, but I’ll be just as happy with the paycheck.

Ash, will she get paid and thanked for what? Helping out John? I hope so. For being a good mom? Thats not something someone should be paid for, they should do it to raise their son/daughter to be the best person possible.
