Head at faucet wasn’t a good idea. Not only he’ll get wet, but will also get clunked when getting up.

Not the kind of water bed I’d want to sleep in.

Should have gone to the sofa!

I thought we would see him in his bed with Lizzie.. I was wrong. The tub is a good one and a kid wouldn’t think of the faucet. The drip?? Well he’ll have to think about that one also. No sleep tonight Michael, you brought it on your self tonight..

Two things are going to happen:#1: Michael is going to learn just how effective the “Chinese Water Torture” must have been.#2: Michael is going to get a nasty cold.

And good old fix-it Gramps didn’t fix the leaky faucet?

My perception was that Michael was dreaming he was in the tub with a leaky faucet – because there was a drip from the hole in the ceiling. But the interpretation offers above works too.

This part of the story was entirely made up. This is what’s fun about a comic strip storyline — the possibilities are endless. This is where the ability to fantasize comes in: a fantasy could take me completely away from reality — to places I didn’t even know I could go!…And my teachers wondered why I daydreamed my way through school.

As to the sofa- with the grandparents visiting, not sure they have an extra guestroom (they had to add one so they could give 3 kids their own room). So someone could be on a sofabed already

Summerdog: You are right; why didn’t Grandpa Fixerupper fix that leak?

Still, 3 Fighting Fish, if there are no viruses present, then one won’t get sick. There are plenty of studies that show that even when there IS a virus present, just getting wet does not lead to a cold.
