Pre-pandemic, I went five days a week and paid $10/month. I was in great shape for a middle-age guy. Now, I’m 15 pounds heavier and miss my gym friends. Once I feel it’s safe, I’m going back.
It seems rather easy to pass non-secret notes in front of one another here instead of trying to pass ♪ ’s behind our backs, which sometimes irritates the spinal discs.
Stretching away from the gym isn’t limited to the infamous ‘Stretch Mark McCumber Land’.
