There is one thing worse than 33degrees and raining. 33degrees, raining and a wind.

Bus stop, wet day, she’s there, I say: “Please share my umbrella”.

I don’t know. At the first sign of snow these days they might have cancelled school. The buses for sure.

Well, at least we do not need to shovel rain.

All Morton has to do is wait till August

Actually, it IS freezing at the bottom of the Inferno.

That’s true in a state that gets a lot of snow. But in a state that doesn’t get snow, an inch sends them into a panic said my mother, who used to live in the north, and then lived in the south for a while. She used to laugh at people there trying to drive in an inch of snow.

This weather led to an Ice Storm in my city one morning that made roads so slick, I was going no more than 15 mph.

If it freezes at all it is the danger of ice, not snow.

Even as an adult I hate it when a blizzard turns into a rain storm, it takes what would normally be fluffy, easily plowed and shoveled snow, and turns it into messy and hazardous slush and ice.
