That’s true in a state that gets a lot of snow. But in a state that doesn’t get snow, an inch sends them into a panic said my mother, who used to live in the north, and then lived in the south for a while. She used to laugh at people there trying to drive in an inch of snow.
Even as an adult I hate it when a blizzard turns into a rain storm, it takes what would normally be fluffy, easily plowed and shoveled snow, and turns it into messy and hazardous slush and ice.

I don’t know. At the first sign of snow these days they might have cancelled school. The buses for sure.
