Whenever I call my younger daughter “my baby” she smiles & says, “Goo.” She’s 19.

I had been called “The Baby of the Family” for far too long. As the only boy, was so happy when my baby sister, ten years younger was born. I gladly relinquished that title to her even though she was ANOTHER SISTER. I had three older sisters, already.

Puts me in mind of an oldie from Dave Berg’s Lighter Side in Mad:

The kid tells his dad, “I remember when I was really little, before Sis was born, and you took me out for ice cream.”

And the sister says, “That’s not fair! He had ice cream and I didn’t!”
