Frank: Every year I vow to put the lights away neatly so I won't have to untangle them eleven months later, but I always end up just tossing them in a box....I'm keeping a family holiday tradition alive.

We used to save the tubes from paper towels so we could wind the strings of lights around them.

I coil each strand and put it in a zip lock bag. works great.

Just leave ’em up! The stores are already promoting next Christmas anyway…
