Mom: Did you get up and run in the dark like you do every year? Frazz: Yup! I had the world to myself. Merry Christmas to me. Mom: Didn't you just start running again after a little layoff? I’m surprised Frazz is an Expresso lover. That doesn’t seem consistent with his health and exercise dedication.
