At my age goals are an absolute. Some are natural and thrust upon us and some we learn from sweet experience. There have always been people who were more athletic than I. But I doubt they can beat my speed to the bathroom at 3 am, or down 13 steps and ten yards to the coffee maker and muffin tin at 0700.
