You better hope Jock doesn’t see that “X” Fred!

What a neat and proper ‘X’ to mark the spot.

Fred, I don’t mean to criticize, but don’t you think that might be a tad obvious? Neither Jock nor Yorkie are stupid. Either one will dig there and get your treasure. Just saying.

We need another Choc Drop strip.

Fred, maybe it might help if you bury your bones beneath some strongly smelling plants like Rosemary or Sage? So maybe its mor difficult for Jock and Yorky to smell the bone. But you would still remember where you put it.But unfortunately this would include digging in the vegetable/ flower patch.

Fred’s bone is X-rated.

Today I saw my very first real living Bassett, sitting on a parking lot. I am astonished how huge and massive they are. Freds Vet’s description seems to be well chosen: ‘sturdy chap’.Wow, I’m still staggered.

How very nice of you to make it easy for Jock to steal your bone
