    Perfectly understandable, Fred. The Tucker twins can be fun to play with sometimes, but at other times, avoiding them is the wiser course of action. Like now.

    Today’s strip reminds me that when I used to read Fred Basset in the 1960s [in the Chicago Tribune] the Tucker twins seemed to be Fred’s nemesis (among others). In the last years they have gotten along well [like when the dogs play soccer with the kids].
