A cell phone a cell phone my kingdom for a cell phone!

Well, maybe later, and yeah it might be way later. However you might give her the sad, begging basset eyes. Maybe sigh dejectedly. Look disappointed. All those basset things so she gets the hint. Maybe she’ll cut the call short. Good luck.

Chase her up a pear tree, Fred!

I always walk my dog at the same time of the morning. If the phone rings I let the answering machine get the call.

Fred has to go out! You shouldn’t keep him waiting! Call her back!

Fred one or two barks should do the trick ;-)

Start whining, let her know you NEED to go!

Poor Fred!

And this is where cell phones are a great invention if you really want to talk!

You’ll never get your walk now, Fred!

Turns out that just because the phone rings doesn’t mean you have to answer it.

C’mon, take Fred on his walk and talk to Anne later. Priorities.

If you need to ‘go’ Fred, Go!!! That will teach her.

Fred, bark. Loud enough for Anne to hear. Then Mrs. D can say she needs to take you out. If she doesn’t you can bark again in a minute or two.
