Rockngolfer, that reminds me about an argument I had in a college biology class. We had to identify a number of different insects, and what she insisted were mere gnats I was sure were tsetse flies. Finally, in the heat of anger, I shouted, “They may be tsetse flies to me, but gnats to you!”.
Split the dough ball, right down the middle, into two, beautiful, round, soft, supple halves - each in need of a light feathering of flour and a good massaging before getting panned and baked.
