This girl is built funny. She has 2 right feet. The yellow car is on the backside of her knee and the foot is pointed up. The strap of the shoe is across the top of her foot. Also, the calf of her left (?) leg that the car is on is pressed against the right leg.

Wikipedia says that “stick o’ rock” is a British confectionery made of boiled sugar and glucose syrup, with a mint flavoring, and colored letters running its interior length. It’s similar to American candy canes.

the soldier with the piano is in Grozny’s central park, in February 1995. Either that or his parrot is dunking his parasol in his coffee. My Russian never was very good.

Our GoComics overlords must have declared today Intergalactic Lame Day (or maybe they are just Artisanal Cheese Fans). FA is the only comic I can see on the site. Usually it’s the other way ’round…

Why turn around? Just keep going until you arrive at Artisan Cheeses of Western Oregon.

For a brief moment, I thought that said Artesian Cheeses. I imagined cheese flowing freely from fountains. It was a beautiful image. Then I read the other comments and realized it said Artisan Cheeses. And I still wondered what would happen if you hit a gusher.

It helps to have a purpose in life, and why not artisan cheeses? Two purposes might be even better, as long as they are not crossed – and the situation as depicted could easily lead to that! Also, one should not make a porpoise cross, but that’s quite another matter.
