The Jackie Chan picture is awesome – as opposed to the thousand and one Bill Murray “No one will ever believe you” urban legends. Chan has thermonuclear class.
(I see a snake, a tree, a saxophone in the shape of a dollar sign ($), and alien faces in the tree’s branches, some of which are staring at the saxophone.)
In reply to frog blogs skin tag removal… I have personally tried thread method of removal, but using hair instead of thread. Stings a bit, but as a former preschool teacher it sure beats being told on a daily basis about the "booger " on my neck
RE: Skin Tags. I had one on my eyelid. Didn’t interfere with blinking or eyesight. But one day it turned dark blue. It had gotten twisted and was dying. So, I went to the doctor, who cut it off with scissors. It bled quite a bit and the doctor used basically a soldering iron to cauterize the wound on my eyelid.…That. Hurt.…The rest of my skin tabs are staying where they are.
Here’s the little I could find about Paul Eke’s “Freedomism”:
http://tinyurl.com/d3mdrhu
FREEDOMISM: GOALS OF A FREE WORLD.By Professor Paul A. Eke, ’23. VantagePress (Price $3.75)Dissatisfied with the narrow scope of
popularly accepted definitions of free-dom expounded long ago by John StuartMill and more recently by FranklinDelano Roosevelt, Prof. Eke considersfreedom in all its aspects in his timelyvolume. He is concerned mainly with freedomof mind, liberty of choice, and equalityof opportunity, delving into the applica-tions of freedom in government, reli-gion, economics, education, society ingeneral, the family and the individual. In his work, Prof. Eke deals withtopics of eminent concern to citizens ofthe present and future presenting hisideas with humility and objectivity.
(Vantage Press is vanity press; you pay them to print your book, then try to persuade book sellers or individuals to buy copies fom you. This suggests Eke couldn’t find a regular publisher who thought much of his book.)
ICE CRYSTALSI give. I don’t have any pictures like that. I might have but the fence between my yard and the field next door has fallen down. The fence is under the snow just on the other side of the tall grass in that picture. You can see the ice from the freezing fog on the trees in the background. Here’s a shot of a honey locust tree taken some 66 shots later the same morning. Both pictures link to larger versions.
@nuptials. Hold the wedding cake. How can Teresa be marrying Vlad when she’s already married to J.C. Duffy, nighthawks and that d’kless midget on Rotifer’s website? Vlad doesn’t seem like the brother-husband type in a polyandrous quadrilateral. (Come to think of it… I haven’t seen nighthawks around lately.)
Teresa/Out of memory I did some googling over the out of memory message and it looks like over the last weeks more people have reported getting this message, while their storage was still way below 1 GB – lost the links, sorry, but they weren’t that enlightening except to suggest there may be a glitch with Google Blogger.Regarding the message you got last year, that problem may have solved itself since Google (sometime in Februari ’’11) made files below 800 × 800 pixels not count towards your free storage limit.
Teresa, I’ve just learned that Airbus Industrie calls their winglets “sharklets” which I thought was interesting enough to tell you about so you can post this with the other comments on the applicable blog post if you think it’s worthwhile.
re DISGUSTING: can someone tell me what happened to that man’s eye? does the eyeball still exist, or has the disease/whatever consumed it? all I can say is EEEWWWWW
I stayed at the Antler Motel in Jackson, WY once upon a time. I don’t remember all the details of the sign, but I do remember there were antlers on top of it (and everywhere else in Jackson as I recall).. There was a better bar at the Mangy Moose in Jackson Hole, and a better restaurant at the Alpenhof.

“THERE OUGHTA BE A LAW (1952)” is remarkable for the fact that they printed a contributing fan’s full name and street address. It was a simpler time.
