I can’t believe this guy didn’t pick up on my self-deprecating callout. No offense was taken, so no apology is necessary. ♥Yes, We Feel the Love♥ has always been the tag-phrase placed on perceived jabs at “Frog Applause”, warranted or not. The old “Frog Blog” often included cut-and-paste comments from readers who had less than complimentary things to say about “Frog Applause” or about me personally. I know I most enjoyed reader comments that went right for the jugular.
I don’t know D.D. Degg, but he seems to be a straightforward, fair-minded kind of a guy. He’s obviously not familiar with our Froglandian ways around here, otherwise he would have known that my comment was all in good fun and was just being milked and (perhaps mocked) for a purposely lame and overly-dramatic post. If an apology is owed, I think I owe D.D. Degg an apology for making him think he owed me one.
By the way, tours of the Froglandian Bath Mat Factory are half-price today. Get there early before all the complimentary walnettos are gone. Also, Mother Thalweg will be at her celebutante kiosk-yurt to sign autographs and give sound advice to all your problems. No word on whether Rotifer will be making an appearance. Last we heard he was in rehab again for an unspecified idée fixe (UIF).
