My first thought was that the rain is from sky dogs shaking themselves dry because they got wet. But if the sky dogs got wet because they were in the rain, it becomes like the chicken and the egg and which came first.
Sirius’ face in the second panel is cute as a button. Typical dog look when they don’t understand, they tilt their heads. Great comic today Nancy, just too cute.
Since the Sky Dogs shed snow, they would naturally shake off the water after a swim in the Milky Way. That is what Shawm tells Sirius. Sirius, being a puppy, had a different thought, as did most of us.
