If you use a switchmode electric fence controller, you won’t hear the hum!
How much food DOES Mrs Feeny have in her house?
High voltage is always necessary
And the concertina wire doesn’t totally ruin the landscaping.
And still it’s not enough to stop old Garfi
“Hi Voltage”. “ ‘Lo Watt”.
Shocking, isn’t it?
Poor Garfield, Mrs Feeny would love him like we do if she just got to know him. Now that owner of his, he’s a different story.
She spent a lot of money to keep Garfield out of her garden.
Ah, Mrs. Feeny still doesn’t stand a chance against the All Powerful Garfield.

Joe Allen; looks like Mrs. Feeny had a new fence installed.
I am sure Garfield knows how to get in Mrs. Feeny’s garden without touching the powerful voltage fence.
I must say, Mrs. Feeny’s toughened up over the past years. We hear more about her antics than we do of Garfield’s!
Garfield acts uninterested, but I’m sure this deeply entertains him. He ought to be proud of himself.
I don’t remember a Mrs. Feeny. Was she in a previous comic strip?
off topic LOVE the Avatar B. Slug:D000 Slinkman?
Yes that’s “Slinkman” from the once popular animated series “Camp Lazlo” from Cartoon Network. Yes, I watch TV sometimes.
Ho-hum, as far as Garfield is concerned…
