I may not be a professional blues musician but I’ve been to enough blues bars to know that’s not how a professional “harp” player plays into the microphone.
One would also expect the guitar player to be playing an electric guitar.
I’ve had just about enough of Earl Lee Byrd, his harmonica, his bigotry and this story arc, thank you.
Obviously you’ve never been in a real honky tonk or juke joint. There are still unplugged musicians out there playing in bars and on Prairie Home Companion, and on Whatd’ya’know. I think Scancarelli wanted to show Earl playing his harp. I also think Earl is a disciple of Chef on South Park. You know were he stands.
