Maybe someone who’s more involved with this strip could answer me this: Have we seen Terry before? Or is he just a one-off character?

I’m impressed by Scancarelli’s ability at drawing distinctive people, but the flurry of names can be somewhat overwhelming.

Still on the fence about this storyline, too.

I don’t remember a “Terry” myself but I am sure it pertinent to the story line.

I think this story line will pan out in time with another wedding. Maybe the first of it’s kind in Comic strip history

Terry (who is a female BTW) is the waitress @ Corky’s Diner and has been around for a long time.

Terry is a female and works as a waitress at Corky’s Diner. It was once indicated years ago that she is a Native American.

I thought Gertie was African-American. Either way, Crunkbot is right: she does look like Zippy, or Zerbina. Everyone is funny today. It’s a snarky attitude, isn’t it?

Terry is not the same character that appeared in Terry and the Pirates.
