The price of immortality, or being a “timeless character” in this case… is you really can’t get involved with a mere mortal, no matter how nice of a morsel throws herself at you. It’s just not fair as they age, and you remain the same wise, pipe-smoking wisdom-dispenser (in between causing major disasters of course).

Sorry, Lady… Joel can’t help you and your two kids, even if she’s been trying to get on Maury Povich’s show for 8 years now.

Sorry kids and kids-at-heart.. another long winter’s nap means I blew past deadline, but a three-handed update is just completed. Tell y’all about it as soon as I get it posted, stay tooned!

    From today’s Comics Curmudgeon:

OK, I may have to revise my previous statement of approval for Gasoline Alley’s wild, no-rules approach to the mall Santa game. Folks, the men (and occasional women) who put on the red suit and the fake beard are just doing their jobs, part of which involves the emotional labor of making everyone feel welcome and seen; do not take their openness towards you as an invitation to live out your longstanding sexual fantasy of making it with a thousand-year-old elf/nature spirit.
