Bucky Katt: Well, if they're trying to talk to Satchel, I think we can assume they are not intelligent. Rob Wilco: Can you not sympathize with anyone? Bucky Katt: Hey, I sympathize. I've tried to talk to Satchel, it's a $*%* nightmare. Rob Wilco: I mean sympathize with Satchel. Bucky Katt: Have you no sympathy for the voices in his head?
I normally don’t point out when a strip’s a rerun, but this was originally published in July 2007, one week after the Supreme Court ruled, 5-4, that schools have the right to ban certain forms of expression—in this case, a t-shirt reading “Bong Hits 4 Jesus”. Hence Rob’s T-shirt.
