Seems quite simple to me. Bucky is a missile that seeks stupid projects and obsessions and heads straight toward them.

This is funny, but the dialog isn’t quite right. Should be, “Then wouldn’t something else be the stupid?” “What?” “If he’s the missile, wouldn’t he be seeking something stupid?”… etc
