Michael: Gabby's upset because Mr. D. got a class pet. Grandma: I know. She's been fuming about it all day. Grandma: She always wants to be Mr. D.'s favorite and nothing irks her more than competition. Michael: Ah! A teacher's pet peeve.
If Gabby want to be teacher’s pet, why is she always mouthing off at him? Seems like that is the wrong way. Teachers do not like that.
