Dandelions can be crucial to the survival of a honey bee colony because of nectar content and timing of the bloom.

You know it’s spring here when you see those little yellow flowers everywhere!

A weed is what we don’t use. And dandelions can be eaten by people. We should start doing that.

You can fight them all you want, but if your neighbors don’t you’ll have dandelions.

When our daughter was little she loved those little yellow flowers. She was very upset when she found her father was going to get rid of them. He left them alone for a few years until her interest in them waned. Interestingly, the number of them in the yard decreased as well.
