My wife wets the brush first then adds the toothpaste, I add the toothpaste first and then wet the brush. She squeezes from the middle and I squeeze from the bottom, but we each use our own toothpaste so no biggie. She gushes water into the ice cube trays all at once while I fill each cube separately. Amazingly enough, we’ve made it 45 years so we both must be pretty tolerant.
