In some cases Zoom cocktail parties are Zoom office meetings, there is often a grey area concerning where one ends and one starts depending on the employee in question…..
It’s the end of 2020 and I haven’t got a clue what any of these things are. I work mask to mask with people every day, and maintain the same level of sanitizing surfaces that i learned 40 years ago when working in a slaughterhouse.
I googled ring lights, and I guess the point is that they are something you would use to improve the way your face is lit during a Zoom call. Or something. I hadn’t heard of them until today.
I have been getting almost no takeout food, but when I have gotten some, I haven’t seen anyone spray the bag.
I have been using ring-lights for decades. There are small ones that attach to microscope apertures to provide uniform lighting across your sample. There are ring magnifiers that have a larger ring light with a magnifying lens in the center (I had one at my desk at work). I guess what I just learned is that people are using them for Zoom lighting.
Ring lights are for video calling on your phone, your image is better illuminated – you mount your phone inside the ring, and the light shines on your face and provides a brighter image – You obviously are not vain enough, pick up the slack please – Amazon will be happy to sell you one.
