How to negotiate with junior high schoolers.

A) you buy tickets to a PG movie in the same complex then b) when the Mamma Mia movie starts you casually leave the PG theater, walk into the bathroom, wait a minute, leave the bathroom and c) walk into the Mamma Mia theater as if you belong there. D) buying snacks for a bunch of high schoolers will surely bankrupt you.

Yeah, WHAT?!

Huh!?!?!? Hope Heart has enough of her allowance left!

“What’s this ‘we’ stuff, Dana?”

Whoa! Time out! Have you forgotten how expensive movie snacks are?

They have a snack bar, and build a movie theater around it.

Let’s see how this works out, shall we

Remember Heart, you have to offer a bribe.

I remember going to a movie with some friends probably in about grade 9, I think at the time you had to be 14 under the rating system back then. They let all my friends in no problem but weren’t going to let me in, took a bunch of persuading that I was old enough. The kicker was, I really was old enough (I was short for my age), but I was the oldest of the group and none of the guys they let in unquestioned met the age limit.

I’m afraid this will become a situation where Dana and Heart will pay a lot.

Wait. First she’s next to Heart, then suddenly next to the other girl, then suddenly back next to Heart. How did that work?
