No idea. Perhaps you can ask Donald Trump, who has leveraged other peoples’ money into failed business ventures, yet people think he’s an expert we should listen to….hey, some people think he should be POTUS.
Or we could ask the voters in Florida, many of them Medicare recipients, who elected Rick Scott as governor, despite the fact that his company was convicted of millions in Medicare fraud.
Why do professional sports teams hire managers/head coaches who have just been fired by a competitor? Happens all the time….
And about your point of customers losing confidence without investors losing money….is it your contention that it is more important to please investors than to please your customers? You may be right in today’s bizarre business environment, and it would explain a lot if that were truly the case….
