When I was a cop, I spotted a youth that we had a warrant for. I got out of the car, and he saw me and took off. I chased after him and he fell down when his pants fell down. As I cuffed him, I said “You would have gotten away if you were wearing a BELT!”
I don’t know what the fight was about, but I saw this girl walking briskly away from who I suspect was her boyfriend yelling and rushing to catch up to her. I was a concerned about what was going to happen when his pants started to fall and he kept having to pull them up letting the girl out pace him entirely.
I still don’t get that pants down so low you can see the underwear thing. Don’t those kids know the origin of that way of dressing? It was from male prisoners who were “Advertising” that their but ts were for sale to the highest bidder.
