Ugh! Nothing worse than left-over dried out turkey – especially after the gravy runs out (which it always does). I don’t mind fresh juicy turkey on Thanksgiving Day, but that’s it. We go out to a restaurant so we’re not stuck with the leftovers for days or weeks on and afterwards.

Our leftover turkey is very cold. I bag it, add broth and freeze it. No freezer-burn and broth for gravy.
