This reminds me of so many Kitchen Nightmares episodes when one of the first thing Gordon Ramsay would do at a distressed restaurant was scale the menus way back, both to make choices simpler for customers and to make cooking more focused for chefs. Makes sense.
….this menu is all a blurr…ah…just give me the daily special…actually i think a daily special…take it or leave it restaurant would do quite well…remember the soup nazi…
