I used to be a pilot. I suffer from a particular type of depth perception issue that I’ve learned to compensate for (obviously, I’m still alive). One of the tests they gave us was to have us look into a viewer and there were a series of 5 circles and we had to “guess” which one appeared to be the closest. If I alternated closing each eye, the circle that shifted slightly was the one that was supposed to be closest.
