Cap, that SquareBob SpongePants look is really you, but do you really want to live in a pineapple under the sea?

I understand he’s a superhero and the super-physique is included, but shouldn’t Cap look more like Norm from Cheers? – Bonus points for “Typhoid Larry”!

Why are his legs harrier in Fred Flinstone than in Robin?

Didn’t there used to be a dog and a rat in this strip? What happened to them?

Bixby the Rat shows up fairly regularly, but Fritz the Dog (no relation) is rare (he’s not been entirely forgotten, though). But yeah, the focus of the strip has shifted more to the bar where the characters all hang out than the employment agency (which was the original premise of the strip). It might just be because, other than Hamhock, everybody seems to work pretty steadily.
