Of course, it is all the extreme right wing ultra conservatives in this country embattled with such!!
Unfortunately for you and yours, not only did the majority of people in this country vote to place President Obama back into office for a second term, they also reduced the Republican majority in the House of Representatives, and even increased the Democrat majority in the Senate, when it was originally thought that the Republicans would take over there as well.
I would say that the ultra right has just about 25% of the voters, the ultra left (who indeed are just as bad in their way as the ultra right) has just about 25%, and the far greater majority of American voters vote towards the middle of the political spectrum (and does NOT vote along party lines).
Further, if the Republican Party continues to bow down to such as the Tea Party, and to do absolutely nothing except hold the government of this country as a hostage to their stupidity, then it is quite possible that in 2014 they may very well become extinct.
To tell even you the truth, I as a relatively middle of the road liberal would actually consider that to be rather sad, to happen to the former party of such as Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Dwight Eisenhower, and yes even a relative conservative such as Ronald Reagan.
What is needed is for moderate Republicans to stand up and see to it that a reasonable opposition party that is willing to compromise for the general good of the American people does not perish from the political stream.
But with the kinds of comments that I see on here from others like you, is that even possible?
Just who is the “us” that you refer to?
