Democrats refuse to use the DOJ against perceived political enemies.
Republicans promise to fully use the DOJ for political revenge and are already talking about democrats they will lock up under a right wing fascist system.
Propagandists like Joey hide those facts and lie all they can. I know which side Joey would have been on in 1930’s Germany.
The Trump aids were all guilty of crimes. Garland is guilty of being too timid in going after the crimes of the former President, but that’s not a crime.
Judge Merchan tells the orange clown that he is being given special treatment (“…the last thing I want to do is put you in jail. You are the former president of the United States, and perhaps the next one as well.”). But yet, the supporters of him can still say with a straight face that he is being treated unfairly (in a negative way)?
Yes, he is being treated unfairly. He is being given far more deference than any other citizen of this country would be given. And, that is what he is right now, just another citizen of this country.
What happened to the party of law and order? The former president committed crimes according to a jury of his peers. Should we just ignore that because of an office he used to hold? And these charges are just the first to go before a jury. The more serious alleged crimes of stealing national security secrets (which anyone who can think about it clearly understands that our enemies found out about and got a good look at) have yet to be presented to a jury. Remember, most legal experts say these charges are far more serious and far easier to prove.
Please tell me, which party believes in law and order?

The unbalance is the republican party selling its soul and principals to the orange face buffoon.

Right. Facists and idiots like Bannon and Navarro. The precise equivalent of decent, (though too cautious) human being, like Merrick Garland.

Where is Trump going to find some new trusted advisors? His old ones are all locked up and saving a cell for him.

Joey, would you do business with Trump or let your wife or daughter work for him?
