Another one saved have 2 rescued dogs and 2 cats…Both my son;s have rescued pets

Make sure to spay/neuter, not only does it cut down on the need for more rescues but it actually extends the animal’s life. I foster for a rescue service and my sweet little puppy is a rescue. Seriously, if you want a pet then contact your local rescue, we’ve had purebred animals that the owner died or was downsized and needed to cut back on costs. We’ve had sweet puppies that only wanted to play and give kisses. I call them little bundles of love.

There is also a need for temporary shelter for pets belonging to abused women. Many will stay with a nasty spouse because they are afraid of what will happen to their pet if they leave, and I don’t know of any domestic shelters that take pets.

Even if people are not good towards others, doesn´t mean they aren´t good to their pets.

OMG the NYC ex-police commissioner went to jail?!? LOL. They really ought to throw the new mayor and commissioner in jail, crime is going up in NYC since they took office.

my rescued molly is 4 now, 3 years being with me (she’s an alley cat). She "rewards"me with “treats” like lizards, grasshopers, birds etc. But she’s the best pet I ever had, and yes, she’s sterilized! (Imagine me having a cat litter every 6 months!)
