Frank: Your Captain, Rolanda Ruiz, and Ray Ramsey have the same biological father! Joe: No, Its just not possible. Yolanda is from Cuba, both her parents died over there. Plus, If Ray found papers about a baby girl.... Her name might ne on those papers. Her name is Carla.
It’s possible that Ray and Carla’s mother arranged for the Ruiz’s to adopt their daughter when she was born. This happened in the movie Juno where Juno met and agreed to her babies adoptive parent(s) while she was still pregnant and before the baby was born. In this kind of situatiion the baby is basically adopted in the hospital and the adoptive parents take the baby home from the hospital just like they were the birth parents.
