Good for her. Why live on the streets unless you have too.

So why did Marcy say “Oh no” last week when Joe told her Clarence was cooking? It sounds like he’s an excellent cook and everything went fine.

Some people prefer the streets. We knew a fellow who lived behind a dumpster; his brother tried everything possible to get him to live with them. Poor fellow froze to death a couple of years ago.

I prefer to think that she realized that other people could care about her and her welfare, and that her confidence in herself grew accordingly.

If she’s the kind of person I think she is she’ll turn the luxury villa into a homeless shelter.

Someone froze to death in Pensacola a few yeas back.
Folks attacked “society” for not caring for him.
His family wrote the local paper explaining he had plenty of family trying to take him in but he preferred his life on the street.
Society wasn’t to blame.
.
Another, woman pushed a shopping cart back and forth between Pensacola and Century, about 42 miles.
She personally owned a house in both places, just liked going back and forth.
.
Brenda Gulley goes from store to store in Century, cleaning parking lots for free meals.
She also has a house and a Crazy Check each month.
